Meet the creator
Hi! My name is Lauren and I created 'Photography by L Webb' in 2021. I have always had a keen interest in photography amongst other creative arts. In my spare time, you'll often find me writing poetry, baking for the family or altering clothes. I got my first camera when I was 13 and we have been inseparable ever since. Before then, I used my dad's camera; as he is a photographer too and before him my granddad was.. So I guess you could say I'm carrying on the family legacy. I studied Photography at A level, as well as Sociology and Performing Arts. My favourite style of Photography at the moment is Portraiture, specifically editorial.. which can sometimes be an acquired taste for some people. I am undoubtedly a perfectionist and can sometimes be my own biggest critic, which is why most of the time I will take the same photograph over and over until it is up to my standards. One of my favourite things about photography is having the privilege to capture a moment in time and being able to say "I made that".
